At Mahaney we make decisions that provide equal value to the company, customer and employee. People are the company’s great asset and customers are the company’s great resource.

Elevate the Craftsman

We are skilled, and our work speaks for us. People will see us, look for us and demand our superior abilities. We will stand before Kings because we are the best at what we do.

Relentless

Our customers call us with challenges that need to be solved. We understand the problem, their desired outcome and solve the problem with expertise.

Others First

We are workman created to positively impact for our families, company, community and country. Everything we do, regardless of winning or losing, we will create positive impact that moves all forward.

Lead Well

Leadership is mobilizing people to do hard things. Anyone can lead in easy tasks; our job is hard which demands a higher level of leadership. Leading at Mahaney requires readying tasks that elevates others and puts them in a situation to win.

Threefold

Decision Making

At Mahaney we make decisions that provide equal value to the company, customer and employee. People are the company’s great asset and customers are the company’s great resource. The company provides the framework to bring the two together in perfect harmony. If one component is valued greater than the other our activities are not sustainable. We provide equal value to thecompany, customers and employees of Mahaney.

Relentless

Problem Solvers

Our customers call us with challenges that need solved. We understand the problem, their desired outcome and solve the problem with expertise.

Work Hard at Hard Work

We never stop: our job is hard and we love it. Some work hard, some have hard jobs, we have both. We Work Hard at Hard Work. We are an unstoppable force for good.

Research

We study, research, hustle, asked the right questions and are relentless until we know. Not knowing is not an option, we figure it out.

Lead Well

Mobilize

Leadership is mobilizing people to do hard things. Anyone can lead in easy tasks; our job is hard which demands a higher level of leadership. Leading at Mahaney requires readying tasks that elevates others and puts them in a situation to win.

Influence

John Maxwell’s leadership is true at Mahaney: “Leadership is influence, nothing more, nothing less” If you treat people like shit expect shit in return. If you want to be unstoppable, treat others well, gain influence and LEAD! Regardless if you are the company’s president or the newest employee we create influence.

Be A Jimmy V.

Coach Jim Valvano or Jimmy V was a legendary college basketball coach known for his infectious energy and love for others. Jimmy died from cancer at the age of 47 shortly after leading his no-name team to a national championship. Two great quotes, First, “Nothing has ever been accomplished in any walk of life without enthusiasm, without motivation and without perseverance”. Second “My father gave me the greatest gift anyone could give another person; he believed in me.” Believe, Motivate, and Persevere with Enthusiasm. We can do anything! Lead like Jimmy V.

Elevate the Craftsman

Stand Before Kings

“Do you see a person skilled in their work? They will stand before kings; they will not stand before obscure people” Proverbs 22:29. We are skilled, and our work speaks for us. People will see us, look for us and demand our superior abilities. We will stand before Kings because we are the best at what we do.

Win The Field

We are a trade and proud of it. We are not shiny, we are not Apple or Amazon, we do work with our hands. Those that do the work will be praised, appreciated and be known.

Others First

Positive Impact

We are workman created to positively impact for our families, company, community and country. Everything we do, regardless of winning or losing we will create positive impact that moves all forward.

“I’ve Got Your 6”

IGY6 means “I’ve got your 6”. We all need someone around us that has our back. We care about the safety and security of each employee, vendor, and customer. We are not scared to saying something that will help others go home safe.

Safe

The only way to make positive impact, lead well, be relentless and stand before kings is to be healthy. Safety is bigger than a check list, it is putting others first: your family, and those that depend on us. We are safe, or you will not work here for the good of yourself.
